The "Bari helps" app is divided into 7 sections: Information and orientation, minors, the disabled, adults in difficulty, immigrants, the elderly, other services.
In each section there are service sheets that provide citizens with all the explanatory information about the service, the access procedures and the documentation to be produced.
In an interactive way it is possible to call the office that provides the service for further information or an appointment as well as maps that help to reach the office through geo-localization.
